In Argentina, they use power like in Europe. 220 volt at 50 Hz. I don't know about their wall plugs. In Brazil, they use power like in America, 120 volt at 60 Hz. So, your web camera could be a problem if it plugs into the wall. Check the label on the power converter 'brick' if the cam plugs into the wall, besides just the computer. Some web cams only plug into USB plug on the computer. Many modern electronic appliances convert the Electric Power coming from the wall so the appliance has the proper amount of volts.
